Absolute Happiness

When the happiness is self-owned, there is absolute truth in it. Moreover there is no comparison, no adulteration due to past experiences. It is bliss felt now, this very moment. It combines several feelings like contentment, enthusiasm, hope, satisfaction & zeal.

Absolute happiness is a blessing & relative happiness is a cause of agony. A moment of the former is far more beautiful & serene than several moments of relative happiness. We as humans should try & create our moment of Absolute happiness. Away from what people or society think we should create our own truth, identity & happiness.

This can be achieved by knowing oneself thoroughly, setting aims for self by considering one’s capabilities & desires, by putting earnest & sincere efforts to achieve them, enjoying the success & failures and taking lessons from the failures to create new opportunities. Nonetheless abandoning the acts of envy, comparision, backbiting & self-blaming.
